"John's combination of soft tissue treatment, manual therapy, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning is/has been essential to my offseason for several years. I rely on John to keep me healthy so I can consistently perform at my best as a major league catcher."
– Chris Iannetta - catcher, Seattle Mariners MLB
John helped me to successfully rehabilitate my knee following two extensive knee surgeries in a twelve month period. As an expert physical therapist and strength and conditioning coach, John created a dynamic and efficient personalized rehabilitation program for me. The professional women's basketball schedule requires a year-round commitment and leaves no off-season for dedicated strength and conditioning training. John helped me to embrace my rehabilitation as an opportunity to build strength and make overall gains in ways that my competition schedule had never previously allowed. His attention to detail and his care in all stages of recovery allowed me to return to the court stronger and more mobile. John got me back on my feet in time for my season in Italy, and he has continued to provide me support and advice during my tenure abroad. My knee is strong, and I am looking forward to returning to the WNBA this summer!
– Carolyn Swords - Center - New York Liberty WNBA
I have made tremendous improvements training during the off season with John. I have gained a significant amount of muscle, and am stronger than I have ever been. My workouts are specific to my needs, helping me regain strength and control of my shoulder. With John's knowledge and skill in rehabilitation and training I am looking forward to a healthy and strong 2011 season.
