![]() "I sought John's opinion for an ongoing injury I suffered at the conclusion of this past season. He was extremely thorough in his diagnosis, and used his vast knowledge base to create a plan for treating the injury itself, and then correcting other contributing factors to prevent future recurrences. John used an effective combination of soft tissue treatment and specific corrective exercises to not only treat the injury, but also eliminate the weakness' with a comprehensive maintenance program. John's knowledge base and soft tissue treatments allowed me to achieve a full recovery, and were a huge asset to my off-season training." — Lee Stempniak • Forward, Phoenix Coyotes (NHL) • Two Time All American, Dartmouth College |
